As they are strongly linked to the diverse training modules, they are available close to the “view-online” and “download” option of each single module here: scroll down, open the chosen module, go to the exercise. The self-test for Module 0 takes the form of an exercise in developing a simple project action plan using the Project Cycle Management approach. This includes identifying a suitable mentor to help with understanding, and even explaining further, particular features of PCM. Then undertaking an effective needs analysis, feasibility study, and a range of other important activities needed to generate a successful proposal.

The test for the modules 1-to-5 are in the form of the multiple questionnaire, and offers the possibility to verify if you answered correctly, or what issues need an eventual review.

Uno degli obiettivi principali del progetto Generativity è aiutare le persone a comprendere tutte le attività, le azioni e le pratiche necessarie per generare ed eseguire con successo grandi progetti, spesso internazionali. L’autotest per il Modulo 0 prende quindi la forma di un esercizio nello sviluppare un semplice piano d’azione del progetto usando l’approccio del Project Cycle Management. Ciò include l’identificazione di un tutor adatto che aiuti a comprendere e anche a spiegare ulteriori caratteristiche particolari del Pcm. Serve poi intraprendere un’analisi efficace dei bisogni ed effettuare uno studio di fattibilità e una serie di altre importanti attività necessarie per generare una proposta di successo.

Il principio di Generativity si basa sull’idea che gli utenti siano in grado di creare, generare, implementare o produrre nuovo materiale basandosi sulla conoscenza derivata da altre persone più esperte. Ti incoraggiamo quindi a iniziare a essere “generativo” trovando un partner-tutor. Quando avrai completato l’esercizio, consulta il tuo tutor per ulteriori suggerimenti, consigli e commenti costruttivi critici.

Puoi anche usare l’esercizio per autovalutare ciò che è necessario per un’applicazione di successo e per valutare a che punto ti trovi nel passaggio da tirocinante ad utente esperto. Una volta che sarai adeguatamente esperto potrai anche fare da guida ad altri sull’utilizzo della piattaforma Generativity.

Dovresti ricordare che lo strumento di autovalutazione è solo a tuo vantaggio; il tuo lavoro non sarà valutato. Passare attraverso questo esercizio ti darà l’opportunità di provare diversi approcci e di sperimentare alcuni dei problemi che potresti incontrare durante la preparazione, lo sviluppo e l’implementazione di una proposta di progetto di successo.

1. Per iniziare, scegli uno dei seguenti temi:
. organizza una festa con i tuoi amici
→ considera la natura della festa e il vicinato
. organizza una festa a sorpresa per qualcuno di speciale
→ considera gli aspetti legati alla comunicazione tra tutti i soggetti coinvolti
→ considera la logistica necessaria a tenere tutti insieme nello stesso tempo
. organizza una cena a casa tua
→ considera ‘offerta e domanda’: a chi piace mangiare cosa, ci sono bisogni speciali?
. organizza una piccola vacanza di gruppo
→ considera il processo / ciò che piace e ciò che non piace per le vacanze / la rilevanza di diversi passaggi
. organizza un evento pubblico per far conoscere agli altri i tuoi risultati
→ considera la trasferibilità e la sostenibilità del tuo evento

2. Dopo aver selezionato un tema, dovresti
– iniziare con una definizione della tua idea, cioè l’argomento / problema che vorresti considerare nella tua proposta. Completa un’analisi SWOT (v. Modulo 2)
– identificare i principali problemi affrontati dai gruppi target e dai beneficiari (cioè qual è / quali sono il / i problema / i?) (v. slide 15)
– visualizzare i problemi / gli aspetti della questione che vuoi affrontare sotto forma di un diagramma chiamato “albero dei problemi” o “gerarchia dei problemi”. L’albero dei problemi ti aiuterà ad analizzare e a chiarire le relazioni causa-effetto. (v. slide 14 e 15)
– visualizzare i problemi e le cause in forma grafica: gli effetti di un problema nella parte superiore e le sue cause nella parte inferiore
→ Un’analisi del problema fornisce una solida base su cui sviluppare una serie di obiettivi pertinenti e mirati per il successivo “albero del progetto”. Gli obiettivi sono le soluzioni ai problemi precedentemente identificati.
– strutturare i risultati in termini di obiettivi generali, finalità del progetto, risultati attesi e attività, poi assicurarsi che offrano una soluzione ai problemi identificati.
→ identifica chiaramente le tue priorità
→ seleziona i tuoi obiettivi uno per uno e completa una matrice SMART
– trasferire i risultati in una cornice logica. Una volta completato il quadro logico, controlla che gli obiettivi siano:
→ chiari
→ collegati all’obiettivo generale del progetto in modo coerente
→ che siano state fatte tutte le ipotesi chiave
– in base ai passaggi precedenti, aggiungi dei dettagli operativi alla progettazione:
→ disegna la tabella delle attività
→ identifica e assegna compiti e sotto-attività
→ definisci il tempo, l’inizio, la durata e le prestazioni per ogni attività e sotto-attività
→ crea una scheda Gantt per visualizzare la sequenza e l’interdipendenza di attività / obiettivi
→ completa il programma di spesa
3. Esercizio sul bilancio
. Specifica le risorse richieste (v. modulo 5)
→ assegna le risorse alle diverse categorie di spesa
→ specifica unità e quantità
→ valuta i costi unitari
→ identifica le fonti di finanziamento
→ assegna i codici di spesa
→ pianifica i costi per periodo
→ calcola il totale
→ stima i costi per la sostenibilità del progetto

They are available in English with subtitles in all partner languages.
