FNARS (FR) is a national umbrella organization that federates 870 non-profit and public organizations representing nearly 3000 centers and services in the field of social inclusion. FNARS members provide social support adopting a holistic approach towards people’s complex problems (housing issues, employment, justice, health, addictions, etc.) aiming for people’s full access to services as a fundamental right.
